In addition, experienced in using Belbin, Hermann Brain Dominance, Honey and Mumford's Learning Styles and Blanchard's Situational Leadership.

A selection of assignments in this area include:

	Ran Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Change Management Training for the Asia Pacific leadership team of a multinational manufacturing company, including delivering 360 degree feedback to each of the team including the CEO
	Designed and facilitated workshops for the partners and senior associates of a Melbourne Law firm , and provided one on one follow up support Topics covered included Delegation, Feedback, Performance Review and Coaching Skills
	Facilitated courses in China and Singapore on Consulting Skills, Conflict Management, Leading Teams and Persuasion and Influencing for an Oil MNC
	Designed and facilitated a mentoring program for a multinational service company
	Led a project involving the delivery of Career Management to 1650 high potentials and their managers Australia/NZ wide for a major financial institution
	Project managed a major change management assignment for a mining company. The project involved assisting the company with communications during a de-merger as well as providing developmental support for over 500 people. The client viewed the project as one of their most successful HR initiatives.
	Developed and delivered a mentoring program for an Oil MNC. Chosen by this client to work with the Australasian senior leadership team on developing their leadership profile, conduct numerous coaching, both executive and career, and training assignments and various other ad hoc projects.
	Designed and ran one day workshops on the topics of Leadership and Handling Conflict for the World Wide Fund for Nature
	Facilitated Career Coaching Skills for Managers for 60 managers from a major Pharmaceutical Company.
